Terrible Service

Good day

To start off if like to say the call center agents for McDelivery are the rudest people I’ve ever spoken to over the phone.

And the other problem is that I live in klipspruit which is a couple of km away from lenasia and that is relatively close but when I called both the call center and the branch in Lenasia they told me they they only deliver in Lenasia and nowhere else now that’s a problem because not too long ago I saw a delivery being done for my neighbor.

It’s irritating because there are no taxis going in the direction of lens from where we stay though it’s close so the only convenient way of ordering food is through McDelivery.

Why is it called McDelivery if they only deliver around lens it should have been lens delivery than, I think it’s very unfair because we will be paying the same amount of money as people in lens and not the first time I’m told they don’t deliver to klipspruit but it’s been confirmed that it’s within their radius
