Terrible service

I have ordered an Oreo Macflurry and chips from the MacDonalds from The Ridge, Shallcross. The consultant said it will take 30 minutes to be delivered, They arrive 1 hour 30 minutes later. The service is pathetic and so is the attitude of the drivers. This is not the 1st time we have had this problem.
