TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am very angry at the service I received from one of your employees. On Saturday 31/03/2018 I went to buy 3 Happy meals for the kids. I waited for my order for about 45 minutes. When I asked Mikateko what was the hold up, she told me that she is not going to shout for our orders when were all making noise. She said a lot of things that got me so angry that I asked her co-worker Senzo if this is how you guys treat customers. Senzo was even embarrassed to answer me but apologized on her behalf. Even after this Mikateko continued being rude. Im beyond upset!!! Mikateko made it very clear that she will not shout loudly, if we cant hear, it is not her problem. im shocked!!!!!!!
