Terrible service

Placed order for X 3 foldover and it was served with still water because they didnt have coke, they should have explained when i placed order that they dont have coke, I spoke to Cynthia the manager and she told me there is nothing she can do, i must take it or cancel the order without apologising, that was terrible bad attitute
