Terrible Service

I am vegetarian and ordered a veg burger from McDonald's Mount Edgecombe, the order was placed correctly and the burger said veggie but the burger itself was a chicken burger. Being a vegetarian this unacceptable. There isn't even a help line number on the packaging. I did leave a message on www.rateyourservice.co.za. this is really appalling. in future I will never buy from any McDonald's.
