Terrible service

I am disgusted at the service I just received from one of my favourite restaurants. But I sure won't support the Plumstead franchise again! Firstly I stood waited forever in the drive through line just to hear I can't order a certain drink at the drive through. I decided to go inside the restaurant to place my order. I don't know who trained the Plumstead Mc Donalds staff but their service is pathetic to say the least. While the casher is busy taking my order and cash she moves over to another customer who is waiting on his meal and asks him a question. At no point does she excuse herself from me. After a while I'm patiently waiting for my order, at this point I'm the only one waiting for my order as everyone had their orders and there was absolutely no cashers at the till. I found it strange to wait that long for a drink. I then called one of the kitchen staff to check my order, she then tells me to go to the cafe section to get my order. I get there and tell the women who rang up my order that she could have advised me where I am suppose to collect my order. Instead of apologizing she gets into altercation with me, arguing. In my opinion that's no way for a person working in customer service to behave. I wanted to report this to a manager but was told there was apparently "no manager around". Finally, after waiting so long, my drink tasted nothing like what it's meant to taste like. Never will I buy at Plumstead again. Terrible service and even worse attitude from your staff.
