Terrible Service !!!

McDonald's I am appalled at the service i have received. I went to go get food at Mc Donald's Malmesbury and once i paid with my VISA card they said it declined. I wasn't shown the message. I tried again. To then go into my app to see it go through. I however got told no it didn't go through. I then proceeded to pay with my other card which as a single mother had our food money in. I was reassured it would be reversed and if not by the following day I would be refunded. We are on day 4 now and no reversal or refund. I've been back to the branch twice and they can't do anything. They want me to wait more! They want a full statement to prove that I'm not "lying" that amount was not reversed. I will NOT support you any longer. Don't tell your customers 24 hrs and it will be sorted. And 96 hours later you still can't do anything.
