terrible service!

<p>our company recently moved to Hydepark and have been ordering from Mcdonalds in Craighall and we have had so many problems. it takes sometimes over an hour, sometimes 2 hours, for something to be delivered when we just 5 minutes from them. we have made some orders that amount to over R2000 and we still get shocking service. the drivers are extremely rude and we have tried calling the Craighall branch and not once have they ever picked up the phone to answer. abo****ely disgusting service! </p>
