Terrible service

<p>On Tuesday the 11/10/16 my collleaugue ordered a boere burger meal and she was told to order a big meal as they do not deliver meals for R20, Which was new to us cause we understood that if you are anywhere in the centre they will deliver..</p> <p>But now when we call firstly we get a very bad attItude to the extent that the lady drops the phone on my colleagues ear... she calls again and the lady was very rude again, so my colleague asked me to speak to her as she could not stand the attitude she is getting.. She kept on speaking african language when we did mention to her that we dont understand her langauge.. and I asked her to be nice as there was no need for her to be rude...</p> <p>she came to us and to confront us about telling her how rude she is and said she did not answer the phone it was someone else.. she denied it was her completey just because i said i would report this behaivour, cause it is not the first time it is happening..</p> <p> </p> <p>we know Mc donald values it's customer, be it you spending R10 or R1000..</p> <p> </p> <p>We are so dissappointed, we were planning to have our kiddies party there which we have cancelled cause of the treament we think we not going to like there..</p>
