Terrible service

I'm very disappointed with the service that the Macdonalds in Springs is providing. I ordered a kiddies meal for my daughter and they keep on messing up her order and to top it all they didn't include juice in her meal and it happened twice already. They include extra stuff in my meals, if I did not say add extra cheese why is it included in my bill? This is is ridiculous!!!!!
