Terrible service

<p>In the last 3 weeks ive had more than one problem.. all of these have had an issue with the same manager. We order and we dont get what we ordered. I have ordered double cheese burgers, packaging is correct but, we recieve normal cheese burgers in double cheese burger packaging. She also seems to have lost our in store complaint. I believe this shop is busy running to s**** due to mal management... i am terribly disgusted with the management of this particular shop. It is giving mcdonalds a bad name. Mcdonalds courtenay street. Manager name Yolande. Sad customer other places treat one as a customer but, not this place.</p>
