Terrible Service

<p>On Saturday the 9th of July I was driving to my parents at night and decided to go to the MacDonald’s at Diepkloof Square as it was on route. This was at around 8pm I went through the drive through entrance and waited for about 20 minutes just saying “hello hello” no answer I could not move as the was a car in front of me. Needless to say I was not happy, finally someone answered the intercom and I asked why I had waited so long, the lady just laughed and said “uyafuna unginikeza i-order yakho” meaning “do you want to give me your order”. I mean no apology no explanation just laughed like yeah give me your order and shut up. Im sorry but that’s not how you should be treating customers this is not professional not even ethical it’s a shame to support such businesses and get treated like trash.</p>
