Terrible Service

<p>I'v just come from the McDonald's in Tokai and what a horrible experience. I only ordered a junior cheeseburger and a double bbq burger meal for my daughter. The person giving the food told me to wait in the parking and she would bring me the order. After 15 minutes I only noticed 2 other cars come through and the restaurant was empty. I called and spoke to the manager Nosipho and it seemed as if they forgot about my order. I then cancelled my order and didn't even receive an apology from the staff. Totally disgusted in the service I received today and I am there frequently. Didn't feel valued as a customer today and don't think a McDonald's will see me again!</p>
