Terrible service

<p>To whom it may concern</p> <p>Your McDonald's branch in Kuilsriver Cape Town is just the pits the service i received was bad , the lady taking my order did not understand i had to repeat my self several times and the lady just says eh, it took her a whole of 10 mins to take my order via the drive through, then she just keeps quite after giving half my order for another 5 mintues to help people out at the window paying which i think is uterlly wrong there should be 2 people there or just go back to normal because the system you currently have is not working out i am an unsatisfied customer and will never opt to buy mc Donalds here again! By far the worst Mc donalds ever . and at the end the order was so wrong!</p>
