Terrible Service

<p>I went to the McDonald's Sandton Rock 'n Roll on 21st May 2016 at 11:21. I ordered the following: 2 Medium BBQ triple meals with chips, 1 Med CaJun Chicken Meal with chips, 1 chocolate milkshake, 1 strawberry milkshake, 1 Creme Soda. We did get our order but the Cajun Chicken burger was incorrect, as this is a spicy burger, the sauce must be on burger, no spicy sauce was added. It was the normal chicken burger we got. When we took it back the lady and said it is incorrect, she said no thast is correct, we asked for the manager, the lady told him what we ordered and he said are you sure you typed that in and the lady said yes, as she showed him on the system, then the manager said "That is the way we give the spicy burger now, we give the sauce seperate from the burger" which is incorrect, it felt like the manager coverred for the lady because she did her job incorrectly. The burger did not taste the same as it had the normal sauce on for the normal chicken burger so if we added the spicy sauce it just did not taste spicy at all. As a week earlier I ordered the same at a different McDonalds and the sauce of the Cajun burger was actually on the burger. I am really disappointed in the service I got from that McDonalds and the fact that the manager and lady actually did not know the difference between the two burgers. </p>
