Terrible servers

On the 5th of February 2025. I made my way to diepkloof square in Soweto. Wanting to redeem my points by ordering a meal I then proceed into using their ordering machines by clicking and scanning my code to redeem my points and order meal. My points are redeemed but their machines stops working. They didn't tell me I cannot receive my order but my points have been redeemed and I was told that my point would come back the next day. The store manager was no help sitting on her phone and not giving me away forward. Why does McDonald's have an app and says we can redeem our points but when we go to their nearest store we are told a different story and the attitude is disgusting.
