Terrible presentation and taste

We ordered the sa breakfast meal. Patties x2 just lying around, tomato thrown in, buns thrown in, no sauce at all. Eggs also just slapt in there. Looked disgusting. Had no taste what so ever. Truly disappointed in the somerset mall Mac Donald's.
