Terrible McDonald's service

McDonald's Brackenfell seems to not value or respect their customers as is evident by their service and rude demeanor.

The store was not terribly busy with only 4 pairs of people (3 asside from us). After we placed our order at the machine and payed we waited 20 minutes before asking the staff what was taking so long. They just responded that they will prepare it now. (people that ordered after us at this point received their full meals before we got our " McFlurries". Once we collected our McFlurries from the counter 15 minutes one felt considerably lighter than the other. I opened the lid and saw that it was half, while the other was full. The McFlurry wasn't even propperly stirred. We immediately reported the fault and asked for the manager. We explained the problem to the manager and said that this kind of service is unacceptable and we expected better from a franchise as big as McDonald's. She said she would fix it but after they "remade" it again it was still wrong and the manager, quite rudely and loudly for all to hear, asked "is it right now?". Having waited about 40 minutes at this point we expressed our dissatisfation and left.
