Terrible Mc ice cream

On Saturday evening I went to Mc Donalds Centurion opposite Mercedes Benz to buy ice cream through drive through,I got home to have my ice cream but it tasted like crushed tasteless ice with Oreo cookies,very bad I called the store to inform them but they said I was the only customer to complain about it..just because other customers don’t do anything about it,doesn’t mean it’s right! My petrol and money for 2 ice cream went down the drain!
