Terrible horrible service

I had my child first birthday at this McDonald's on sat 6 oct, how disappointing it was, family got there before I did and said that they were there for his 1st bday, did they not reply and ask what bday, I mean after I called many times speaking to two ladies ones name is Danisile confirming the date, the kids and the time ,, it was not set up , but when asked for their dairy, everything was written in it as I gave it to them, a party that was suppose to start at 1pm only started after 2, the place was a mess, the floors were dirty, we had to keep asking for things, knowing that it was their fault they still had only one person setting up for us, finally we gave the kids orders and they still forget someone of the orders which we now had to wait again, I have never been so disappointed like this ,, terrible service I will not be going to this place ever again, I have taken photos of the booking that was in their book and how dirty the place was, an the décor was very bad, I had mentioned to the two ladies that its a boys bday, however they still put pink décor up, I had to pay for one happy bday strip and table clothes that did not even fir their tables and kiddies boxes over 1000 I mean really what a *******.
