Terrible food and very poor service

I’m at McDonald’s gateway Durban. I did order big mc. When I receive it is not what I want. They took it back and bring same meal. Worse the meal was cold already. Inside burger no source no lettuce. Terrible food. I don’t understand as is month end is busy Why manager didn’t split stuff by duties. Some morning duty and others by evening Instead to give us poor service like this. I paid my meal is not a favor. I wander how many people they getting them horrible food like this. People have to be careful for this McDonald’s.
