Terrible food and service

McDonalds PTA (down the road from Kgosi Mampuru) Saturday 28 January 2023. Around 10:15 am. My family and I went passed McD to get some food but what we found there was absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms smell, are very dirty and have no toilet paper. Our order took more than 30 minutes to get prepared, my brother and I had to get up and go to the counter to ask why our food was taking so long. We had to walk up and down with trays of food taking it so where we were sitting, the lady said there was nothing they could do as they were under staffed. My chips were cold and my fold over was terribly packaged.

This McD is going to the dogs, if it’s not incorrect orders, then it’s it’s no service at all. I didn’t enjoy my food, my kids ordered nuggets and didn’t get their bbq sauce, turns out they were out of stock like so many other things on their menu
