Terrible food and service

<p>I complained about a big mc meal 8 days ago that i bought at ur okovango branch.. and was given a ref number and told sumone eould contact me. Since then i havent heard a word.... then i complain on facebook and basically get told to be patient sumone will contact me.... this is terrible service. Im appalled..... your burger was DISGUSTING. A DRY BURGER WITHOUT ANY LETTUCE OR SAUCE. Just 2 dry patties on a dry bun with cheese. I took photos to prove it. Znd ur coke was flat.... but guess u dont mind losing customers and il spread the word</p>
