Terrible Experience at McDonald

What a terrible experience I had this morning at McDonald Vanderbijlpark, Bought a happy meal cheese burger and a small orange juice and Mega ****in meal with Hazel nut coffee

Firstly I was told that there's no toy and I should come back tomorrow, tomorrow how as I don't reside around the area, I asked and answer it was sorry we don't have stock. Secondly, I was told that there's no small orange juice for kids' meals and given the one that I didn't order. And was also told that sorry we don't have stock. 3rd, my Mega ****in meal and hazelnut was cold and I asked why and was asked to bring it so we can warm it up for you then I drove off as I was getting late for my boys school.

Where is the customer service here and the staff didn't show any signs off willingness to help from the start of the order. I don't think I'll ever buy from them anymore.
