Terrible experience

If i could no stars I would. This is the third time McDonald's Kuils River has gotten my order wrong. When I realised the error (this time) I called and no answer, this was before 8am. After 8 I called again and spoke to a woman (no name offered) and I explained that I ordered 3 chicken Mc****ins with egg and when I got to work I found that I got 3 egg Mc****ins. She in turn gave the phone to another woman (no name offered) and I explained the story again. She asked for the slip and I informed her that i left the slip when i picked up my coffees. I informed her that the cashier was a man and when i said chicken Mc****in he confirmed the order. She then handed the phone to another woman (no name offered) who also asked for the slip. I asked who she was and she said a cashier. I asked her why she has the phone and she said she was given the phone. I then asked her to give the phone back to the person I was speaking to. When the second lady came back to the phone I asked for the Manager and she informed me that she was the Manager. I asked for her name and she informed me that it was Phelisa Khosana. I asked why she gave the phone to the third lady and she said that lady was the cashier and she wanted me to explain to her. I asked if she heard me when I said the cashier was a "gentleman" and she said no. She said she found my transaction and i ordered 3 egg Mc****ins. To which I told her when i spoke to the cashier he confirmed the order I made as stated. She said I should bring the food back and I informed her that the food was distributed already and people ate it because they were hungry. She said then she was unable to assist because that is the only thing she could do. I informed her that this is the third time that this same store has gotten my order wrong and this is the reason for my call. I asked if she would be happy with the service she has given me and she said no. Unfortunately I couldn't go back to the store because of my work time and gave the food to those that ordered. They ate the food because they were hungry. Terrible experience!
