Terrible experience

Hi

I tried to redeem my voucher for lovie tickets told the lady at the counter clearly that I'm getting the meal for the movie tickets and she explains the process, the got voucher but didn't have the option so asked the lady at the counter and she said she doesn't know, how do your staff not know and act like it's Greek or Chinese, then I ask to speak to a manager Ntobe lady at gateway mc Donalds, the worst most arrogant person I have dealt with this year, her tone was disgusting not to mention disappointed even if I don't get anything out this voucher I want you to sort this women out with disciplinary action, extremely unhelpful and doesn't listen to a word I said, then walks away and laughs with the person that took my order ,I dont think she should be store facing let alone a manager, get this type of people out as they damage your brand irreparably.
