Terrible experience

Terrible experience at Macdonalds Sunnyside, I went to a drive thru and they made me wait for long, after I paid I went inside to find out what's happening they still did not have my order ready, I requested a refund because I wanted to leave, i went to drive thru to get my food quickly and I had already been there for more than 30 minutes Charmaine Skosana at Sunnyside Macdonalds was very rude laughed and told me their head office does refunds with card payments I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for my money.
