Terrible, disgusting care on an emergency needed

Good day I went to boksburg (rietfontein road) yesterday and the seating by the tables by the toilets is a long seating area and by the one table there was no seat there connected to the other seats all in one, and unfortunately I fell and hurt my back when sitting there, I'm really disgusted and how they never helped on treatment or even asking am I needing medical assistance and today my back is painful and I have headaches and feeling dizzy My partner and I was told the manager will help as the manager is in the back but when we wanted to speak and get help and the manager was not there, even the supervisor stated the manager was there. I'm disgusted at no help or assistance and I've tried to get through to the head office still no reply or assistance WHY ??? Please sort this matter out of urgency
