Terrible delivery

Hi I ordered a Big Mac medium meal at Braamfontein via MrD delivery and I'm very disappointed. The fries are a small in a medium box they even look like someone ate half, and the pattie is paper thin you can see it was burnt the the burnt part removed and placed in my burger. I love MacD but this is **** honestly. I'm so disappointed.
