Terrible customer service

Mc Donald's Nigel has terrible customer service, I was there last night 30 min before close of business to buy food as my kids were terrible hungry, they were open, the staff sitting in the dining section on thier phones looking at us like we lost, and then told us they are closed, this is 30 minutes before closing. I am deeply disappointed with the service of Mc Donald's Nigel and I will most likely never go there again.
