Terrible Customer service

I went to the Mc Donalds in Krugersdorp. I ordered a spicy hot source on the side and when I was given the food I noticed that they had not put sufficient source. I proceeded to ask why there is not enough source in comparison to the way they give the source in Sandton. The lady shoved the food on the counter and proceeded to tell me how this was not Sandton as she walked away. I tried to explain to her that because Mc Donalds is a franchise I am expecting a level of consistency between the stores and she walked away. I then asked for her name and she refused and said that she is not giving out her name. I waited until the other lady who was assisting told me that her name is "Thobekile"- I am not entirely sure that this is even her real name but I did not appreciate the level of disrespect that she communicated with me. I am very disappointed and do not think that this is good customer service or even good for business. I do request an apology as her reaction was uncalled for and the discussion could have been handled with more professionalism. This took place around 21:17 - if you wish to look at the CCTV footage or how she shoved my food then walked away while I was talking to her. If there is a difference in the amount of sources between the different stores- which I don't think there should be, I would have appreciated a better explanation.
