TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a meal from McDonald's Brackenhurst on the Mr Delivery app and my order was incorrect when it arrived. I lodged a complaint along with the requested picture. They confirmed receiving my complaint 8hours later by asking for a picture of the full order which by that time I did not have anymore. They refused to give me a refund. Till now they haven't gotten back to me. I am very displeased with the service because this is not the first time I've lodged a complaint with them.
