Terrible Customer Service

<p>Me and a friend of mine went into the Mcdonalds at Ghandi Square for lunch on the 27th January 2017 at 13.56. we then decided to go to the bank to withdraw some cash whilct they were prepairing the food, On our return , we were shocked to be sourly dismissed by a lady named Charity .I initially waited whilst she was shouting prefusely at solme students who were also collecting their meals. Then as I asked if our order was ready.She rudely threw my slip aside and advised that the ordre had long been ready and why didnt we collect.I didnt respond and took the order ,only to find the ordre itself was missing Jalapeno Sausce that we had ordered.We am not in the bussiness of accepting poor service just becouse the resturaunt is in Town and we will not accept being shouted at like small kids who do not fathom the english language. No matter how late we were to collect , there is no reason for any customer to be spoekn to in the manner that Charity spoke to us or those school kids for that matter. I really do wish as a nation customer service could be taken more seriously and people would learn that respect is key.
