Terrible customer service

Such terrible customer service on the 27th of January at the Mccdonalds in kepmton Park on cnr Swart and Monumment Road . I did not receive my meal 😪 😕 😞 😒 😔 😫 I was told that i don't understand the online service Spoken to and discussed in vanac by the staff member by the drive thru. I had to place another order and paid again I was verbally insulted by the staff member . She refused to call the manger .took me an hour to get my meal 😫
