Terrible customer service!

To whom it may concern,

On 19/12/2019, I visited your branch in Hamilton street in Pretoria. The drive through queue was standing still for 20 min, and still standing when I left. I stopped in the drive through because I was on my way to work. This was at 6:45. I left the drive through and went inside the restaurant. This is where I was met by no one at the order counter. I then asked the McCafe lady if I may order and was greeted by a very rude lady that just proceeded to scream into the back of the shop . I then waited while the cashier was packing order. When the cashier then came out after some time, she asked me to wait as she will be with me soon.

As a former hospitality industry operator, I find this kind of service at a Fast food restaurant absolutely un acceptable.

I then proceeded to the Jean crossing McDonalds, where they did not have any Coke products.

How will these places survive the Xmas season with this kind of service.

Please address your staffing and stock issues. Where are the managers at these sites?

Not impressed at all.
