Terrible customer service

<p>The McDonald's in Milnerton, Koeberg rd is right en-route to work. I stop off there most days to grab a coffee and sometimes a mc****in. This will however be the last time I frequent this branch as the staff especially one in particular, N. Ntlabakanye who was nothing but rude and unhelpful. I normally use the drive through, but for 3 days in a row the drive through has been closed. We tried to ask another staff member why this was and she just shrugged us off and turned away. This is a nice and convenient branch for my but, I would rather go somewhere else to avoid having to deal with people who have no idea how grateful they should be to have a job. To top it all off, when I recieved my mc****in, the bottom bun was missing. </p> <p>Absolutely no attention to detail!!</p>
