Terrible Customer Service

on the 19/12/2015 I went to McD in Randburg and I bought a combo meal, I was advised that they don't have cool drink as there is no water. I then requested to substitute with a powerade and I was told that they are out of stock and they only have kids juice. I requested that since they don't have drinks then they should minus the money for the cool drink or give me two juices as they are very small because they are meant for kids. The manager was called by the name of Titus with a stinking attitude and told me that its either I take the kids juice or pay for the fries and the burger separately and he left while I was still talking to him. If a manager speaks to customers like that how are the rest of employees suppose to treat customers? i have never felt so disrespected in my life the manager needs training on how to address customers he does not deserve to be a manager. I am disappointing by the service I got.
