Terrible customer service

Customer care is basically non existent! I had missing items in my order and cannot get hold of McDonalds. The store does not answer calls or respond to emails, the contact centre refers you to a non existent live chat on their website and customer care emails automatic response sends you back to a complaint form which does not give appropriate options.
