Terrible Attitude for a small request

Good Day, I was at Mcdonalds burger place in Pietermaritzburg on Chatterton Road today the ^December 2015. My Folks decided to stop there in order to spoil my son. So we went in and order a kiddies meal for him and he was so excited to receive a toy. As he was eating he saw a kid with a balloon. So no one was around and I asked the Security to help, He in-turn was humble and approached a staff member to assist. She just looked at us and turned her head away and continued wiping the trays. PLEASE TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THAT MY SON IS 2YEARS & 9Months OLD> So he is a kid. He kept asking me for the balloon and I kept telling him the lady will bring. Eventually after he had his meal we decided to go. I told the guard to tell the lady not to stress , as she was not interested. Come on Mcdonalds, treat a any kid with some love and joy. Do you guys even worry about brining a smile to a kids face????, I have phoned the branch after I left at 13:09pm today the 6 December 2015, I spoke to the manager: she said she will speak to the senior manager, and will as the guard whom he requested to assist us. Unfortunately it is now 15:40pm and no CALL from the Manager even though she has my details
