Terrible attitude

I was on Holiday in Cape Town over the festive season. My family and I went to the V&A waterfront McDonald's for supper. One of the items I purchased was a Mocca Frappe which is a cold drink.

When I got to the counter the incorrect drink was given to me. I told the sales person who made the drink that its was incorrect. She shouted at me and told this is the drink I ordered. I tried to tell it's a Frappe, but she insisted and shouted.

I left the drink on the counter and walked away.

I had left a complain on the website, and recieved a response after 4 weeks from the manager.

She mentioned she is sorry and it won't happen again, I asked what about my refund as I paid for the drink and did not get anything.

She stated I'm just from Durban to Capetown to get another drink as a voucher cannot be given to me to replace e my cost.
