Terrible attitude and no delivery of an order

My wife called the McDonalds delivery service to place an order and spoke to a guy called Thabo/ Tshepo, he wasnt too clear with his name. I waited for 2 hours and nothin was delivered. I then called back to find out the status of my order. Only to be told there were issues with the order and I should wait for another 30 mins. I then called again then was again told they had moved the order from Fourways branch to Rivonia. Noone had the decency to call her and tell her what was going on. The Thabo or Tshepo guy was even rude whilst my wife was talkin to him. She ended up cancelling the order because as far as I am concerned, this is total bullsh*t. The least they could have done is at least communicate so she knows not being a d*ckhead by even being rude.
