Terrible and disgusting service ever....

Good day

I went to McDonald’s Mayville Pretoria on Baat Street on Saturday morning the 19th of Nov 2016 at 10:47 AM,on our way to a family funeral with my family, we needed to get my son something to eat, upon arrival the lady by the name of Lethlogonolo Mkhabela who was very rude and abrupt on the intercom took the order, we placed the order and she went silent, we tried to enquire if she was there and she was very unresponsive, we proceeded to the next window and there she was with an uninterested look on her face, she proceeded to give us this pathetic service but we tried to avoid it as we were rushing to the funeral and had a toddler in the car who was hungry, my husband asked for the total amount due as she did not say on the intercom when placing the order, she turned away and spoke to someone else next to her to avoid us, we stood and waited for her to attend to us, she took her time then finally came back, I was very upset at this point and asked her what her problem was, she raised her voice and started yelling, my husband asked for change so we could move to get the order as we were running late, I requested for her name, of which she refused giving it and she didn’t have a name tag on, we proceeded to collect the order on the next window and that’s when I asked for her name from the next person that gave us the order.

The service we got from this lady was appalling ,it was clear that she was having a very terrible morning but it was uncalled for to have had her take it out on us as clients, we went there for a service that we paid for and what we got was so ugly and uncalled for, I think it would have been better for her to have missed work that morning than to have been there to display such despicable service. She did not care how her attitude affected us and refused to give us her name which I know for a fact that she isn’t allowed to do even worse cause she didn’t have a name tag on. I wanted to wait and speak to a manager regarding this matter but we didn’t have time as we were rushing to the funeral and resorted to having this matter reported and hoping someone will look into this matter and have it corrected as I am disgusted that someone that is placed to serve clients a service that they pay for could be so mean and abrupt to clients who only wanted some service that they paid for and did not even care.

I await some urgent intervention….
