Terable service at McDonald's Longbeach Mall

I have never seen such terrible service. I was assisted by a lady who was just supposed to hand me food I paid for. Simply job right. I have been served By this individual in the past and I have never seen her smile. However, today was just the limit. She forgot to give one of the toys for the happy meal and when I asked about is she started looking into the car like I was lying or trying to ***** a kid's toy. And then was she still very rude about it. Plus no apology and extremely aggressive. Can't believe they let people like this service clients.
