Telephonic orders declined

I called yesterday to place a telephonic order after 3pm, I was told that orders cannot be placed after 3pm. Today I called at 2:30pm I was then told that I cannot place orders after 2:30pm. MacDonald's reputation is just being destroyed by lazy staff. Minus one customer for you guys.
