Technological Advances Dumb Down Service.

Well today was the worst experience ever at the McDonald's in Pinetown, Cnr Crompton Street. I commend them for the renovations and technological advances added to the branch but it seems that there's a glitch in the system as we waited for our order for close to an hour( 57 minutes to be precise ) and watched as people who arrived after us receive their orders before we got ours, some even finishing their meals before us receiving ours. Instead of getting large fries as I had ordered, I got what was equivalent to medium fries in a large fries box. I ordered a Chocara McFlurry and guess what I got??? Plain ice cream with caramel sauce and a sprinkle of crushed oreos on top, definitely NOT a McFlurry. Oh and I forgot to mention that I constantly kept checking whether our order was ready or not and the male who was at the counter kept telling me, " you're order is on its way " and only did we receive our order when the two ladies who were then at the counter personally organized my order themselves. I was truly disappointed today
