Tableview McDonalds Useless

Sibongiseni at McDonald's Tableview must be the most useless staff member I have every encountered. I arrived at McDonalds at 07:00 when they open to a locked door. I am met by Sibongiseni who folds his arms meaning shop closed. I ask him what time is the store opening? I get more folded arms. I have to ask him three times but still no answer.

I then ask him if he can please call the manager. he acknowledges me request and disappears to the back. No manager comes to the door.

Eventually other staff arrive at the door and start knocking. It's already 07:10 and it is starting to rain outside. I ask the staff to ask the manager Ndilliswa to come to speak to me. After a few minutes the manage comes to the door. I now go inside as the door is open. I ask the manager, why did you not come to the door as I requested to speak to you? According to the manager, Sibongiseni did not ask her to come to the door.

Where is Sibondiseni? At the back. He now refuses to face me. But he is ranting at the back because I can hear his voice, but he will not face me.

The manager says the are opening at 07:30 due to some transport problem. But as we speak, customers are starting to come in and now the story changes to, the branch is now open.

My question is: what is the purpose of having Sibongiseni working at the store? You are better off placing a statue at the door.
