System of operating no Efficient

McDonalds opened a new store on the Bluff. I waited for a few weeks to pass before patronising the newly built store. I ordered 2 big mac and chips. I waited for approx 50min to receive my order. The system of working looks very chaotic. Previously the food was made available behind the cashiers. Now the person despatching the orders has to leave her station to go an fetch the food. They have a TV monitor advising which order is being processed and available. This system does not work. People are queueing to collect their food and becoming very frustrated over the delays. I handed in my till slip to the attendant behind the counter to check on my order. She arrived with somebody elses order and the looked at me and asked \Can I help you.
