System Change Time Slot

I know the system has to be refreshed after midnight and it is normally done at 00:30 every other day and the latest is 01:00, I went there today after waiting for the normal system refresh to pass at the times stated above and went to this McDonald's at 02:45 and discovered they had only just started refreshing their system 5 minutes before I got there and this system refresh takes about 45 to an hour to boot back up. I went to bed hungry and disappointed that I wasted time thinking they were busy with their usual schedule to refresh the system only to find hours later they only just began. Can McDonald's. Decide on specific time for each branch to refresh their system so we are not inconvenienced to this magnitude. Time wasted but still slept hungry :-(
