Swearing customers

Mcds Blackheath are building a fancy new drive through.i went there today and there were contractors busy in the drive through.not sure where to go,I entered through the wrong end.where upon manana and contractor Clement come out @ me in a very aggressive way.being the type not to keep quiet,I became aggressive and started swearing.manana and clement both swore back @ me and clement even told me to F off and he doesn't need my business when it's not even his business being a contractor fixing holes.i am extremely appalled by this service especially being sworn at and there is NO clear indication of where to go as the contractors are working in the drive through that is open.i suggest manana be fired and as for clement,he should be placed in a trailer park!i will not support your branch anymore.in fact, I will not support your brand.i buy my breakfast daily @ the lenasia branch and was never treated in such a manner.manana needs to go on a telephone etiquette course as well as when I called she didn't give me a chance to speak to her properly.i have to be very disappointed and angry to take the time out to actually write a complaint as I have better things to do.
