Super bad service

<p>I went to McDonald's Amanzimtoti (Durban) I was very sad when I was asked to park in the parking to wait for my order, but I agreed to park at the parking to wait for my meal which I ordered. I waited for -/+ 40 minute I decided to go and investigate I walked to the collection window to find out what was happening with my order but I was sad to see most of the workers on they are cellphone when my order was not done. I asked about my order and I find out the was not even started and I was also disrespected buy the lady and others when i asked for my money back.
